Steven Jones
Named Head Football Coach at El Dorado High School in January 2019. The Wildcats made it to the 6A
state playoffs in 2019, the state quarterfinals in 2020, and won the 6A State Championship in 2021. The
2021 team broke multiple school records on offense. Jones is entering his thirteenth year as a high school football coach. Prior to El Dorado, Jones spent 2 seasons as head football coach at Junction City. Under Jones’s leadership the Dragons piled up 25 wins, never lost a home game, and won the Class AA State Championship in 2018.
